Notice to Bid: Pup Trailer
The County of Nemaha, Nebraska will receive sealed bids until 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, May, 22, 2024 for the following: 2023 or newer pup trailer with 16 ft. aluminium dump box with 60” sides, and 3-axle rock pup.
Complete Specifications
Sealed bids must be sent to Diane Johnson, Nemaha County Clerk, 1824 N Street, Auburn NE 68305. All bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: 'pup trailer'.
Bids received will be simultaneously opened publicly and in the presence of the bidders or representatives of the bidders.
Awarding of the bid will be in accordance with Section No. 10 of LB 393 known as the County Purchasing Act.
The Board of Commissioners of the County of Nemaha, Nebraska reserves the right to waive all technicalities and reject any or all bids.
